Necessary cart storage
This storefront uses the nava-shopify-cart cookie to keep your Shopify cart available for up to 14 days. It is HTTP-only, so JavaScript on the page cannot read it. This storage is necessary for the cart under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG; related personal-data processing helps prepare your order under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Delivery-country preference
When you choose a delivery country, the HTTP-only nava-market cookie remembers it for up to 180 days. It lets us display the corresponding Shopify currency and prices and keeps the bag in the same market. It is not used for analytics.
Embedded configurator and checkout
The personalised-candle studio is loaded from makeyourown.navacandles.de and processes the options you choose to provide its requested function. Shopify checkout uses its own necessary storage and privacy controls, described there. Newsletter signup is currently unavailable.
Optional analytics storage
When analytics is enabled, nava-analytics-consent-v2 in local storage remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Only if you allow analytics, nava-analytics-session-v2 and PostHog’s ph_nava_analytics_v2_posthog session-storage entry hold a random tab identifier, visit information and recording-sampling state for PostHog EU Cloud. Optional PostHog storage is created only after consent. The updated choice includes the masked replay sample; an older analytics choice does not enable it automatically. Declining or withdrawing consent stops new analytics events and clears the optional analytics identity and session state. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. No optional analytics storage is needed to shop. See our privacy policy for the data collected.
