Coloured glass
Thick-walled glass in nine matte and glossy finishes. Each vessel is dipped, fired and finished by hand. Cotton or wood wicks, with multi-wick options for larger volumes.
Hand-applied standard labels included. Wood wick: +€0.25 per unit across all volumes. Bespoke vessels, colours and dimensions are quoted per project.
Amber apothecary
Thick-walled, UV-protective amber glass with a glossy black metal lid. The lid protects the fragrance between burns, with a compact format for a branded collection.

Travel tins
Sealed, stackable aluminium tins for favours, gifting, events and travel. Silver or gold, with hand-applied rose buds, dried botanicals, mineral crystals or wax seals available on request.

NAVA Studio is female-founded and female-run, with a dedicated production studio, an office in Berlin and a warehouse in Sarstedt. Every vessel is poured, labelled and packed by hand.
Our labelling and finishing team includes women from underprivileged communities around our studio. Each private-label order helps us offer sustainable income and economic independence.
We bring the same natural soy wax, composition and hand-finished detail to your collection as we do to our own. We work with boutiques, hoteliers and founders to build a collection that carries their mark.
The finishing touches.
Black and kraft cylinder boxes, custom labels and material projects are available by quotation. The kraft cylinder is approximately Ø90 × H110 mm. Outer packaging is priced separately; final specifications and prices are confirmed for each order.

Produce and deliver
Sign the sales agreement and pay the 50% deposit. We pour, label and pack your order, then arrange delivery and invoice the remaining balance.
After artwork and order approval and receipt of the deposit, allow approximately two weeks for production. Onward delivery typically takes another week; timing depends on the destination. Your quotation confirms the schedule for your order. Minimum order: 50 units per vessel and per scent.

Payment
50% of the total order is invoiced on signing the sales agreement. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon shipment from our studio.
Pricing and shipment
Trade prices exclude onward shipping. NAVA covers transport from the production studio to our Sarstedt warehouse. You pay shipment from Sarstedt to your destination; the quotation confirms responsibilities and charges.
United States orders
For US-incorporated clients, direct production-to-client shipping may be available. Ask about routing and any applicable tariff arrangements during onboarding; these are confirmed for your order.
Faire and bespoke agreements
Order processing through Faire is supported. Minor contractual adjustments and bespoke terms are available on request.
Photography and brand design
Professional product photography and graphic design are available on commission. We can also recommend independent designers we trust.

What is the minimum order?+
The minimum is 50 units per vessel and per scent. Combining different vessels or fragrances does not reduce that minimum.
What is included in the listed price?+
The candle, natural soy wax, cotton wick and a hand-applied standard matte label are included. Wood wicks cost an additional €0.25 per unit. Outer packaging and bespoke finishes are quoted separately.
Can we create a custom fragrance?+
You can choose from the current fragrance library or blend up to three listed compositions. Bespoke fragrance development is available from 500 units, subject to confirmation.
How long does production take?+
