Withdrawal and returns

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from a consumer purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. To exercise this right, tell us clearly by letter or email before the period ends. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You can also use our prominently linked Withdraw a contract / Vertrag widerrufen function. Review your name, order or goods and email address, then choose Confirm withdrawal. We immediately send an email acknowledgement containing the declaration and its receipt date and time. This confirms receipt, not an automatic refund or a decision about your rights.

What happens after withdrawal

We will refund payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; no refund fee is charged. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct return-shipping cost. You are responsible for any loss in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception for personalised goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by your individual choices, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (§ 312g(2)(1) BGB). This applies to candles bearing your own inscription, photograph or artwork. Selecting only a standard scent, colour, vessel or stock label does not remove the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights if goods are defective or differ from your order remain unaffected.
